Special care has been given to the fabric tension control. The very short distance among the different parts of the machine avoid any unevenness between the center and the edges thus obtaining a dense full long or short pile.The machine is equipped with high quality raising rollers driving belts which are more flexible and durable compared to bigger size belts. Five driving belts for raising rollers drive are provided for the raising rollers drive in order to ensure a full grip and the maximum possible energy transmission granting a more efficient raising effect.

Description

First class raising wires guarantee the best and long-lasting raising effects on all kind of fabrics.Special designed drum wheels avoid any indirect vibrations. Triple fabric spreading screw rollers with adjustable speed prevents the formation of any crease or unevenness during the process.

The Single Drum VELURA COMBER provided with four additional driving rollers is the ideal solution for a more flexible machine able to adapt to the latest fashion trends, especially considering fine fabrics. The Polar fleece process with two or more Velura Comb positioned in line is an ideal solution whenever a high production speed is required.

Velura is WIFI connected: the operator can set the working parameters from the front or from the backside of the machine. The resulting working programs and recipes can be stored in remote cloud for future machine settings and management control.
